Business Liaison Officer

Quintus Technologies AB is looking for a Business Liaison Officer to support information exchange and knowledge transfer between Quintus Technologies, its Japanese mother company Kobelco and the Japanese market.


Expectations:
Maintain thorough knowledge of Quintus business
Understand and communicate strategic objectives of the business
Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business
Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise
Develop and foster relationships with the stakeholders, and other entities
Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity
Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur

 
Background:
University degree/MBA in Business
Relevant experience as a business analyst within an international business
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience from taking ownership of tasks and delivering strong analysis independently
Strong customer focus and ability to understand customers' needs
Experience from working in a cross-functional environment
Fluent in Japanese and English
