Minnovation is now looking for an Business Manager for our business partner.
Worklocation: Sweden
Responsibilities:
1. Develop market strategy and business plan for assigned territory
2. Develop and implement annual/project marketing and sales target, responsible for P&L.
3. Develop a highly effective distributor system/dealer network that will contribute to the sales revenue, and business growth in the market
4. Supervise and train distributors/agents and sales force to achieve sales target
5. Track distributor performance against leading indicators, continually reevaluating partnerships
6. Identify and develop key accounts, develop strong relationships with key decision makers and deliver high quality service and increase sales volumes of key accounts
7. Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring SANY performance and by focusing internal resource on customer expectations.
8. Ensure compliance with business codes of conduct, policies, procedures, and local laws/regulations
Qualifications:
1. More than 8 years experiences in the construction machinery industry
2. Extremely familiar with excavators, wheel loaders, pilling rig, cranes, telescopic, wind turbine product lines
3. Have good understanding of cross-culture work environment, willing to change and expand self horizons
