For more than 20 years I have been working for Conmore! The perfect place for constant challenges and development. Before I started as Business manager I worked as consultant within automotive industry, both for big OEMS and different suppliers. At Conmore, it is always the employee who is in focus, to grow as a engineer and also as person. That together with the latest technology is a perfect combination. Also, I truly enjoy getting the opportunity to work with clients within exciting new technologies and one of the best feelings is to help a client out matching with one of our great engineers. About your future work/What will you work with
As a Business Manager you will be a key player. You will have the opportunity to work broadly with customers within Gothenburg Area.
Who are you/ Who are we looking for
You enjoy working in a changing environment, which challenges you in a positive way. You understand business value and you got the ability to analyse information and prioritize your tasks accordingly. You take responsibility for the team's and your commitments. Communication, collaboration and personal drive to initiate and drive tasks towards target are key skills for your success. Your academically background and/or equivalent earlier experience will contribute to innovative thinking. If you have earlier experience within the automotive industry it's a plus, but we want to grow and expand new markets and therefore we do value personal thrive, open mindset and do:er attitude more.
To thrive in this position, you are business oriented and help engineers understand why their contributions are valuable and how they tie to business impact. You have a can-do attitude, are solution oriented and inspire and motivate the teams to strive for excellence. You run continuous 1:1s with team members to promote personal development. You are skilled in stakeholder management and review financial and performance data with management to achieve budgeted results and affect changes in product development.

Preferable qualifications
- Academic background within electronics engineering and/or equivalent experience.
- Managed engineering teams
- The ability to streamline processes and procedures together with CTO:s management team to continuously drive the team and platform forward
- Achieved results and held teams accountable to deliver on their own goals
- Planned and executed on corporate goals
- Regularly evaluated team structure to ensure the organization can move quickly
- Devised methods to measure output and effectiveness week over week and present findings and bottlenecks
- Developed and promoted processes which ensure continuous delivery of products
- The ability to fill in the blanks and verify that the engineering team has the right tools, technology, and processes to succeed in their daily work.
- Driving license
