Business Manager Electronics / Software

In your role / about you

We are looking for our next Business Manager to lead and develop Conmore together with our amazing employees to offer worldclass engineering services. You will be part of a management team that really enjoys working like a TEAM.

A great part of day to day activities is to support employees and create value for our customers. Both offering engineers to work on-site and create work packages with expertize in product development.

You will be an important voice in decisions regarding recruitment. We have a Team that is working with the complete recruitment processes but you will be involved.

We are looking for you who want to join us and take Conmore to the next level.
For this role it is needed to have a genuine interest in helping people reach their goals and ambition.
To be creative when it comes to making business and offering engineering services.

We want you to match following:

• Worklife experience as engineer, preferably maybe acted as a team lead, Scrum master, Product Owner for approx 3-5 years.
• Preferably someone that has actively worked with SW development.
• Proven leadership skills
• Has experience in service sales and business development within the consulting industry. (Merit)
• Likes to make contact with new people and has an established network within the technical industry.
• You are self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive and good communication skills.
• Business mindset
• Humble in learning and a good listener
