Ericsson Network Technologies AB provides products and systems for telecommunication and power networks. Our portfolio of highly technological products consists of cable solutions for telecommunication networks; systems for integration and protection of fiber optic; copper based and mobile technologies and products and systems for power distribution. Ericsson Network Technologies has approximately 900 employees worldwide, and we have offices in Sweden, China, India, Singapore, Brazil, the UK and the US. The Business Manager will be Ericsson Network Technologies' regional contact with Ericsson sales and solution personnel in the local market units. This includes identifying and developing new or enhanced business opportunities for Network Technologies together with the market units within our focus areas. This position will focus on business support for different fiber solutions in both access and transport networks, where Ericsson Network Technologies has a strong global position as a provider of passive infrastructure. The primary responsibility of the business manager will be to support and help the market unit with Ericsson Network Technologies site & interconnect solutions, which are sold as part of Ericsson's total offerings in telecom networks. The responsibilities are: . To develop and realize new business opportunities, as well as the subsequent preparation for invoicing, margins and revenue growth in line with the strategic objectives . To manage the development and operation of the Account Plan and the handling of commercial issues . To serve as the point of escalation for market specific issues . To support market units and local companies with marketing and product-related issues to ensure that our solutions are optimized for Ericsson's customers . To drive market requirements on the product portfolio . To develop and maintain an effective network of contacts across Ericsson, both at the local level and at the central business units in Sweden in support of the company's business objectives. Competence: Qualification (formal education needed): . Bachelor of Science, or equivalent degree . About 2- 3 years experience with sales and marketing activities in an international environment. . Excellent communication skills, and fluent in spoken and written English as well as Swedish. Requested competence: . Strong business sense and a result-oriented mind . Capability to translate our products into value for operators. . Strong customer focus. . Strong presentation/communication skills.
