Work description
Our company offers trusted expertise, solid processes and delivers sustainable results. This hands-on role requires strong communication and interpersonal as well as technical skills. You will draft, negotiate and secure contracts for subcontractors and clients. The ability to coordinate and motivate a team will be a great part of your success. As a Business Manager you have a strong commitment to safety and operate at the highest standards of ethics. Experience from inspection, sampling and analysis of major minerals commodities will be needed. Development, execution and reporting to appropriate international standards and procedures are everyday issues. Since the mineral division has great potential to grow in market share, it is important to have a strategic outlook and perspective. It is a dynamic role with travel being a natural part of it. We believe you live in Gothenburg or nearby. You will have around 20 nights away from home annually and will be reporting to the Business Unit Manager in the Netherlands.

Who are you?
As a person you are driven and independent and have an entrepreneur’s way of thinking. You work in a flexible and structured way. As a manager you are proactive and businesses oriented, you are a great team player. You have a technical know-how and have experience from negotiating on a qualified level; meeting subcontractors and clients is a daily matter for you. This position would ideally suit someone with great knowledge of minerals and inspection. If you have a rich experience from seamanship or marine technical science we see that as a qualifying merit. The thinking and professional behavior regarding this type of clients is highly valued for this position. We prefer that you have an affinity with the aspects of our services and that you also have a technical education even though that is not a strict requirement. Fluency in both English and Swedish is required for this role.
