We are now recruiting a Business Manager ORS, Sweden. This role is a member of the regional business area leadership team & responsible for:
Leading and coaching the sales team in order to meet targets with focus on sales growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Accountable for implementing regional strategy and tactics .
Leading and developing team of direct reports with focus on people development, high engagement, excellent capabilities and organizational efficiency.
Securing talent is recruited and developed for effective succession planning.



Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for defining and executing on annual budget plans for own business area
Responsible for local pricing strategies in line with regional pricing strategy to ensure profitability targets are met
Responsible for analyzing & monitoring the development of the own business area and ensure that corrective actions are taken.
Provide input to global & regional strategy in order to secure short and longterm strategy adjusted to the local market needs
Responsible for execution on global & regional commercial excellence framework and KPls
Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within customer & trade organisations with emphasize on higher level stakeholders
Accountable for the tender process for own business area to develop and grow the business, including coordination of the pre tender process timely for agreed key tenders an secure plans in place 18 months prior to start.
Responsible for local forecasting and sign off monthly MBM for own business area

Allocation of resources within given budget frame for own business area
Sign of prices in tenders below 500 KEUR
Jointly with Country Manager:
BD Financial targets for own business area
Succession Planning
Recruitment - grandfather principal Bonus structure
Sign of prices in tenders above 500 KEUR annual value

Minimum 4 years of sales and marketing experience in the health care industry
