We are looking for an experienced and driven person to join our Mobile & VAS team that is a part of our function Brand & Commercial in our Consumer division. What you’ll do

In your role as Business Manager Campaigns with Mobile & VAS Business Management, you’ll be at the center of managing P&L of our Telenor brand postpaid business that is one of biggest verticals we have at Telenor. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
* Forecast how we are trending towards our customer base and revenue goals
* Develop campaign strategy and plans to drive growth
* Anchor the strategy and plans with key stakeholders and decision makers
* Collaborate with channels, marketing communication and go to market teams for effective execution
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, competitive reactions and make needed adjustments
* Build a knowledge bank of events, learnings and best practices to continuously improve

Who are you

You are proactive, analytical person who is passionate about making an impact. You have experience managing consumer P&L preferably within the telecommunication industry.   
* Proactive person who takes responsibility to create an impact
* Analytically strong and able to model business case
* Effective communicator who listens to gather inputs and can influence stakeholders
* Team player who loves to create together
* Calm under pressure and focus on things you can influence
* Experienced Business / P&L manager with 3-5 years of consumer experience preferably within telecommunication industry
