Job responsibilities:
- Develop market strategy and business plan for assigned territory
- Develop and implement annual/project marketing and sales target, responsible for P&L.
- Develop a highly effective distributor system/dealer network that will contribute to the sales revenue, and business growth in the market
- Supervise and train distributors/agents and sales force to achieve sales target
- Track distributor performance against leading indicators, continually reevaluating partnerships
- Identify and develop key accounts, develop strong relationships with key decision makers and deliver high quality service and increase sales volumes of key accounts
- Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring SANY performance and by focusing internal resource on customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with business codes of conduct, policies, procedures, and local laws/regulations
Requirements of the candidates:
- More than 8 years experiences in the construction machinery industry
- Extremely familiar with excavators, wheel loaders, pilling rig, cranes, telescopic, wind turbine product lines
- Have good understanding of cross-culture work environment, willing to change and expand self-horizons
