We are now looking to expand our workforce and are currently looking for an Associate Business Manager looking to take on new challenges.
We are looking for a talented and savvy individual with great business development, management, and administrative skills to join our company as we are currently under rapid growth and development. Responsibilities
Proactively exploring and taking on new business and market opportunities.
Exploring and recruiting new talent and matching them with suitable assignments.
Act as the manager for employees – provide motivation and support, plan and organise group activities (afterwork, teambuilding activities, etc.), attest employee time reports, vacation plans, etc, support career development planning, coaching, and progression for employees.
Connect, build and maintain business relationships with partners, clients, and customers.
Monitoring and overseeing day-to-day business operations and carrying out administrative tasks.
Contribute to the development of the corporate road map, long-term goals, business strategy and objectives.



Who are you?
You are looking to transition into a business management and administration role or maybe you have a couple years of experience already. (This is an associate level position, so previous management/leadership professional experience is not mandatory).
You have or would like to develop good business development, management and leadership skills.
You have good ideas, business sense and the eyes to see and grasp new business opportunities to accelerate and sustain organizational growth.
You have relevant education or training preferably a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree. A high school or post-secondary diploma is acceptable as a minimum qualification.
You have great interpersonal and social skills and enjoy working with people.
You can provide motivation and inspiration to ensure employee satisfaction.
You are organized, meticulous and good at planning.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
You have good skills in Microsoft 365 applications – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.



Highly Advantageous/Meritorious (Not Mandatory)
Basic IT/Business/Finance knowledge or experience, i.e., understanding of common terms and simple concepts is meritorious (Technical experience is not required).
Leadership/management experience in any context (personal or professional).
Recruitment/HR experience.



Note: Part-time or full-time work is possible for this position.
