We are in need of Business Navigators, Business Navigation Managers and Business Controllers.

Requirements

We believe that you love numbers and have a passion in translating them into analyzes and use them to evaluate business performance. You have a passion for KPIs and change drivers which support goal achievement.

We are looking for you who have leadership potential and energy, strong drive and high commitment. You have a passion to reach results by yourself and through others.

As a person you have a drive and a passion for business, together with an ability to see the big picture and you have a sense for details. Furthermore you are a keen change driver who likes to work with continuous improvement.

To be successful in the role we believe that you have experience in leading people, project or processes and that you are an excellent communicator. Another success factor we see is that you are solution driven and capable of prioritizing.
