As Business Navigation Manager within IKEA of Sweden you will play a key role in the development of our business by being part of steering business development, securing competence development and achieving operational excellence. You work with both Business & People by exploring business opportunities and having simple, efficient, effective and timely processes in place while simultaneously coaching and developing your co-workers. You continuously work on improving our work processes and secure and participate in the development of tools and methods. You are part of the management team and report to the Business Area Manager.

The assignment consists of the following main parts:
- Business analysis: to constantly explore, analyse and interpret business potentials and performance end to end
- Support goal achievement through good planning and performance management
- Coaching in product development: Coaching project controllers in their work connected to POD (Product offer development) team
- Finance and administration - securing good working conditions and maximise the benefit of our resources
- Work processes - lead the implementation of IKEA process landscape in a business area, in a way that they are simple, effective and well understood
- Range navigation - securing a well administered range, structured and developed for growth and sustainable profitability.

Is this the challenge for you?

We believe you have a university degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience, and that you are fluent in English. In order to succeed in this role you need to have a good analytical ability, being able to interpret and draw business conclusions from facts and figures. You have strong leadership capability, being able to motivate and challenge a diverse group of co-workers. You also need to be structured, keeping track of different inputs and putting them into the overall picture, making sure that all information is at the right place at the right time. You should enjoy working in a team, achieving results together with others, but also have a strong individual drive to deliver on time.
