BA Bedroom has the assignment to determine and develop the Storage and Sleep Product Range, including products, packaging solutions and service Products.
We are looking for you - an experienced Business Navigation Manager who will join our team!

As Business Navigation Manager you lead performance management in BA Bedroom. You steer the business through the strategic landscape, take lead in fact-based decision-making, process development and support with tools, insights, and recommendations, you enable goal achievements and customer satisfaction.

Together with your colleagues in the management team, you steer the business towards growth and goal achievement, identify business potentials and enable efficiency in ways of working. You also lead and develop the functional Business Navigation team.

Your assignments will be to lead and develop financial and business performance management framework in BA Bedroom and the translation of business plans into goals, steering towards a balanced totality. Secure relevant performance reporting and follow-up, lead fact-based decision making and actively work to increase the overall business performance understanding. You will also have a leading role in making us even better in product development through development process development. 

Lead project portfolio management in BA Bedroom to ensure the right priorities in relation to Business Plan ambitions and a balanced portfolio and to explore the future by forecasting, building scenarios and contingency plans. Responsible within the unit for financial planning (budgeting and forecasting), adherence to power of authority (POA) structure and adherence and compliance to accounting policies and rules.
Furthermore, you will be: 
•    Responsible for ensuring relevant digital tools and business solutions in the unit and for identification and escalation of tool development and improvement needs
•    Being responsible for communicating financial and business results, insights, recommendations, and goal achievement in a clear and inspiring way, making business analysis available and actionable
This is a permanent role, and you will be part of the management team. The position is placed in Älmhult.
