Job description
As Business Navigation Manager you will lead and develop financial and business performance management framework and help to translate he business plans into actionable goals, relevant across IKEA Supply. You will also secure relevant performance reporting and follow-up, lead fact-based decision making and actively work to increase the overall business performance understanding.
First of all, in the role, you will be leading Business Navigation agenda and managing a dedicated functional expertise team to foster a passionate, competent, accurate and future focused team-spirit. To succeed in the role, you provide clear communication and stimulate stakeholder engagement in high performance culture. In addition to that, the role entails developing and supporting the business navigation team competence through individual and organizational plans.
Next to it, you will be contributing to and implementing the Supply performance framework in the Purchasing development business teams. This includes driving the goalsetting, performance follow up and support in facilitating the business planning and execution assurance. It also means exemplifying strategic focus on changes we want to see, as well as leading tactical agenda to challenge business organization or support it in variety of situations, using fact based, thought through business performance facts and questions.
In your role you will also be
· Responsible for ensuring digital tools and business solutions in the business unit and for identification and escalation of tool development and improvement needs;

· Responsible for communicating financial and business results, insights, recommendations and goal achievement in a clear and inspiring way, making business analysis available and actionable;


· Facilitating business development and innovation by being an active partner in planning;


· Contributing to the development of working methods, tools and sharing best practices within the Matrix;


· Co-lead organizational development and resource planning and forecasting within the business unit

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are searching for a senior leader who has a proven track record of passionate and engaged leadership and ability to coach and challenge across different business topics.

To succeed in this position we believe that you have:

· A solid knowledge about financial planning, accounting, budgeting and cost controlling, combined with knowledge about business navigation and analytics across performance areas.
· Amazing communication skills with an ability to establish and maintain good relationships and collaborations with stakeholders
· The drive to work on a strategic and tactical level with the ability to set direction, follow up and secure plans
· Capability to make holistic, proactive and fact-based decisions
· A process oriented approach and motivation to identify business innovation potentials and risks
