Preferably you have the experience of working in a Management Team. If you also experience from working in a Contact Centre-environment or other areas fast moving environments, this will be valuable.
You have a financial background with great understanding of profit and loss, and how to steer and navigate actions in order to affect the financial result, in an environment with many stakeholders and partners. You have proven experience of leadership and are used to drive monthly closing, forecast and budgeting processes. Also how to create, implement and follow up action plans, budgets and goals. You are motivated by working with and through others in order to achieve set goals and objectives.
A day in your life with us
In the role as Business Navigation Manager at Customer Support Centre, you are a key player navigating the financial aspects of our organization. We expect you to be an active member of our Management Team and you will lead both our units total Profit & Loss, budget and lead your own function including security management.
Your main focus will be to navigate, from a financial perspective, our organization forward at the same time as you secure structured follow up and learnings from what we have already done. You will report to the Customer Support Centre Manager for Sweden but you will work in close collaboration with both the Management Team, Service Office and our Global organization in an inspiring, supportive and challenging way.
Your assignment will also be to lead and navigate change in a constructive and trustful way in exciting and ever-changing times. We are a team who are strongly driven by working with the future customer meetings, then changes are a given and part of the everyday worklife. Your mission will be to navigate together with us in order to set a strong foundation for our organization through our current ways of working, as well as getting us prepared and ready for what the future holds.
