My name is Sara Schill, Market Manager at the IKEA Store in Älmhult. I am looking for our new Business Navigation & Operation manager who wants to be part of, inspire and lead Ikea Älmhult forward!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
In the role of Business Navigation & Operation manager, your primary task is to coach and lead the managers in how we work with costs to achieve growth and sustainable profitability. You are responsible for communicating the financial goals of the Älmhult store, and support through navigation to close possible deviations.
Through your solid forecast and analysis work, together with your knowledge of different work processes, you will contribute to a more efficient every day at IKEA Älmhult store. We see that you are constantly looking for opportunities for increased growth and profitability by gathering different types of information and comparisons from other IKEA stores.
Furthermore, you will ensure that all financial and operational processes work excellently and that all laws and regulations are complied with. The role also includes responsibility for budget, forecast and earnings reporting based on IKEA's global annual cycle.
In the role of Business Navigation & Operation manager, you are a part of the management team and report directly to me! In your role, you will have two managers who report directly to you – the Safety & security Manager and the Recovery Manager, who leads our circular hub. We are an international and diverse store, and therefore you need to be fluent in Swedish and English - both spoken and written.

This role is a permanent, fulltime opening with preferable start date as soon as possible, according to agreement. Working hours are located during the day, evening and weekend.
