We are looking for a
Business Navigator
Location: Transport & Services North Europe, Älmhult

As a Business Navigator your main focus is to define, develop and support IKEA Transport processes to secure the stability and growth of IKEA. You support in setting goals and priorities and secure correct transport pricing information. You contribute by preparing for decisions through analysis of information and by giving directions for improvements. You secure the functional reporting according to set procedure and perform analysis, do cost simulations, scenarios and forecasts. You work together with the business on KPI development and potential improvements and also in the development of tools and working methods. You translate and communicate goals and results in a language that everybody can understand and secures and develops a high consciousness of costs.

Is this the right challenge for you?
You enjoy interacting with many different people and networks from within and outside IKEA. You always strive to reach goals with a high level of energy and motivation and have a passion for structure and details, combined with an ability to see the big picture and prioritize numerous tasks. You are skilled in communicating in a clear and simple way. Furthermore you have a university degree in economics, business administration or relevant working experience and good knowledge of functions within Supply Chain and how they contribute to the process. You have high skills in the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and also experience from using Business Intelligence tools. You are fluent in English.
