Are you a passionate leader with a strong supply chain understanding and a believer in what effective planning can do for IKEA?
In this role you will be a member of the Supply Chain Development (SCD) Business Navigation team as well as part of the Need Planning management team, that sits in the SCD Area of Design & Planning.
As a Business Navigator, your focus will be to establish a fact-based, insight driven performance culture within Need Planning and towards partners in supply chain. One part of the assignment is to develop and implement new and existing performance indicators that will contribute to achieve our goals and deliver to our common IKEA direction, three roads forward. In the SCD Business Navigation team, you will lead, coordinate and support key processes within Business Navigation.
The position is located in Älmhult, Sweden with a global responsibility.
You will, among other assignments:
• Lead the process of an Integrated Business Planning where resources, competence and funding are connected.
• Lead, challenge and support performance management for Supply Chain Planning
• Develop and visualize key performance indicators and assist with corrective actions and support optimization of efficiency
• Strengthen the proactive planning in a structured way, identify risks and make conscious decisions about mitigations.
You are motivated by simplifying complex issues and striving to improve efficiency and business potentials by creating structure and prioritization. You are a team player that enjoys working with the management team and close stakeholders. You know what it takes to create lasting change and how to work through people. You are open minded and have the capability of thinking in new ways with a customer focused perspective.
You have proven experience and knowledge in:
• Strong leadership and influencing skills
• Business navigation and business analytics, with an end-to-end value chain approach.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Data visualization in a simple way
• Data analytics and creating insights on strategic, tactical, and operational level.
• Establishing and maintaining good relations and collaborations with all relevant stakeholders.
