Business Navigation & Finance takes the lead in driving fact-based decisions to navigate the business, enabling it to achieve its goals. The function supports the business with tools, insights and recommendations to initiate proactive improvements.
As the Business Navigator for the Digital team you lead performance management in all areas and all dimensions.. You are an active business partner to the Digital teams and decision makers, leading with fact-based insights and active risk management. You facilitate business development and innovation by actively exploring the future through scenario planning and modelling.
Your main responsibilities as a Business Navigator are:
• Performance management within your area through analysing and creating insights across the value chain from supplier to customer, identifying opportunities and improvement areas and actively sharing these
• Influencing and enabling fact-based decision making through quickly generating insights based on consumer, market and business information
• Together with the team, identifying opportunities and risks through scenario planning, modelling, risk assessments and contingency planning
• Supporting the creation, validation and follow up of business cases and the digital development portfolio
