INTER IKEA Group is now forming a new Indirect Procurement organisation (Category Area Indirect Procurement), which has received the task to operate across the Inter IKEA Group companies, between all three-core businesses (divisions). With the ambition to secure the best possible prerequisites for INTER IKEA group to handle the new world, fulfilling the future needs of partnership and supplier innovations. 

As a Business Navigator, you should contribute with core competence and be an active partner in steering the organization in a strategic, tactical and operational way. You lead performance management in all performance areas in all dimensions and project portfolio management from business planning to execution in order to ensure goal achievement.

You are an active business partner to teams and decision makers and lead with fact based insights and active risk management. You facilitate business development and innovation by actively exploring risks and opportunities based on facts and figures. The Business Navigator reports to the Category Area Business Navigation Manager in Älmhult.
