IKEA Supply is part of IKEA Range & Supply and is responsible for securing that the product offer is produced and delivered to our customers. We lead the supply agenda across many functions and work together with all business areas, different business units, but also retail markets to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels at lowest total cost.
Job Description
The Business Navigator is a business partner who leads the performance management agenda and enables a high performance culture. This position provides business insights and analytics; recommends and implements process changes; leads the annual business unit planning process; and supports project management and tools.
Among other things, you will:
· Analyze business information and data to identify gaps and opportunities for business development, provide recommendations and implement changes.
· Establish, monitor and evaluate performance overview information
· Work closely and consistently with Management and Business teams to enable business development and secure performance through KPI analysis, follow up and insight
· Lead and navigate portfolio and project management, ensure movement towards defined direction and goals and provide insight and advice to decision makers
· Organize periodic training on KPIS, planning process and project management tools
Qualifications
We believe that you have:
· University degree within Finance and Controlling and relevant work experience
· Good knowledge of project and portfolio management methodology and business intelligence tools
· High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 package, especially Power BI
· Good knowledge of market specific conditions and macroeconomics trends
· Ability to build trustful relations with different stakeholders in remote locations
· Entrepreneurship and daring to try
· High energy and drive to deliver excellent results in an agile way
· High motivation to seek for efficiencies and excellence in ways of working through digitalization
· A passion for structure and detail, combined with an ability to see the big picture
