About you
Do you have what it takes to lead and support the overall planning and steering of our business performance and to lead our business goal setting process? Do you communicate in a clear, inspiring and simple way and are you curios and open to change?

To be successful in the role as Business Navigator you need to have:
- minimum of 3 years of previous experience working with Business Navigation or Business Controlling
- university degree in finance, business or equivalent working experience
- high drive and commitment to delivering results
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)

About the job
The Business Navigator has a vital role to play in analysing and supporting the Components Business strategic, tactical and operational work in our key processes.

About the assignment
The Business Navigator report to the Components Business Area Manager. In order to ensure an aligned way of working with Business Navigation the role will be part of a Business Steering Matrix both within IKEA Components and other parts of IKEA.

Your assignment is to:

- Be an active support to and resource for our Component Businesses to analyze and evaluate the business
- Take lead and support the overall goal setting activities, perform analysis and interpret the results and development of the Component business in relation to our goals and agreed plans
- Analyze, evaluate and provide recommendations of directions for improvements for the Component business area
- Identify potentials for business improvements, new opportunities and business risks.
- Initiate and participate in the development of tools and working methods, to support all functions in the Component Business area
- Contribute into our price setting processes and be an active support in the budget and forecast process.
