As a Business Navigator in the Group Property team, you support the IKEA establishment process by creating and implementing appropriate steering tools and guidelines. You review and assess Investment Requests (IR) for property investments. Furthermore you evaluate the profitability of finalized projects.

The assignment
Coordinate, develop and maintain cost group definitions for IR
Develop and maintain IR templates and guidelines per core area
Support the countries/core areas in IR preparations
Review and give feedback to submitted IR
Follow up on finalized projects
Develop and maintain IR procedure description
Safeguard a good knowledge in the Property BN matrix regarding the whole IR process
Supporting Investment Committees
Organize, administrate and be secretary in RIC and IKEA IC

To be successful in the role as Business Navigator you need to have:
Previous management experience in a business navigation role within IKEA and with proven strong analytical and numerical skills
University degree in finance, business or equivalent working experience
High drive and commitment to delivering results
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence in a matrix organization
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English both verbally and in writing
