IT Demand Supporting secures that business strategies within the area of Finance, HR, IT, corporate decision support, digital workplace and Property are supported by Information Technology. We take lead in requirements and successful business implementation. We are organized in seven solution areas, working in close co-operation with stakeholders from IKEA business organisations and IT Delivery worldwide.

We are now strengthening our Business Navigation team with an experienced Business Navigator.

As Business Navigator, you secure an efficient and optimal utilisation of investments for initiatives and services within the Supporting process and you actively contribute to the improvement of our business. You will report to the Business Navigation Manager.

You will take on the following task:

? Proactive steering of IT development through the support of different initiatives with cost/ benefit descriptions, validations and tracking.
? Translate planned initiatives into capacity and monetary terms, creating the necessary base for IT Demand budget.
? Develop, implement and maintain business navigation methods and tools throughout the total value chain, in close co-operation with business and IT stakeholders.
? Follow-up and report on performance (balanced scorecard) for IT Demand Supporting, creating transparency inside organisation and towards our stakeholders.
? Contact person towards IT regarding budget and follow up questions.
? Communicate and co-operate with other relevant stakeholders such as Process Owners and Line Managers within the Supporting Process.

? 3 to 4 years experience as Business Navigator / Controller
? Good leadership skills with ability to build and maintain trustful relationships.
? Energetic and proactive, yet humble. You are service-minded and inspired by working with people.
? Well-organised, able to prioritise your tasks and make decisions when needed.
? Person of integrity, with high ethical and moral standards.
? Strong analytical mindset
? Strong communication skills in English.
