We are now looking for a Business Navigator who will be part of Operations in a skilled and engaged team. You will be leading progress in performance management which requires a passion for and the ability to find new ways of working behind data with an analytical and business-driven mindset and strong communication skills.

The Business Navigator is supporting the performance area Operations. In that part, you will be responsible to support with insights & recommendations and reports. We use data to create insight which will be a key focus area for this role.

You will be a part of Ikano Bank offers simple and fair banking and financing solutions to the many people.

We offer you

Area of responsibility is daily collaboration with colleagues and decision-makers with the purpose to use data to create insights. Based on data you initiate actions that will increase customer experience and performance. Natural tools are data, facts & figures, you will work pro-actively to add insights and recommendations. You are responsible for all types of collect data and report on prioritized areas.

Your main area with direct support is the Nordic organization and close cooperation with all different markets.

• Performance management within Operations through analyzing and creating insights
• Identify opportunities and improvement areas and actively sharing these
• Identify best practice based on available data
• Follow up and report on KPI´s
• Analyze cost level and identify cost saving initiatives related to performance
• Create and improve reports

Are you the one for Ikano?

We believe that you have 3-5 years’ experience from working with performance management or business controlling/analyses. You have a good track record from similar positions and has held a cross functional position.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Highly skilled in MS Office and reporting tools such as QlikView
• Innovative, analytical and self-driven
• Black belt in managing the matrix and stakeholder management
• Pro-active – react and act
• Good level of English language
• Fluent in the Swedish language
• SQL
