Business Operation & Sourcing Partner Admin

Preferable skills
Being very adept in working with for instance MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams and using the computer and standard computer systems
Being structured and working efficiently with high quality
Professional communication verbally and in writing both English and Swedish
Have the ability to lift your eyes and see the big picture but at the same time be careful with the details.
As a Business Operation & Sourcing Partner Admin you going to assist the Business Operations- and Sourcing department with business critical activities such as;
Business Operations:
Supporting the Business Operations Partner with basic extension flows, extending contracts in Pointbreak (CRM) and sending the deal handover to our contracting department. This will enable the Business Operations Partners to further focus on client and consultant activities such as client and consultant follow-ups, strengthening relations with both parties thus lead to more business in the long run.
Key responsibilities:
Initiate extension process with clients / line managers
Creating contract extensions in Pointbreak. Can assist in basic extension flows (when negotiation & discussions are not necessary).
Assisting with basic namegiven consultants contracting (pointed by the client).
Finalizing and sending deal handover to our contracting department
Sourcing:
Decoding of CVs, creating and publishing new requests in the Verama Portal so that the suppliers can quickly get a hold of and apply to new assignments.
Furthermore so that the Sourcing Partners can find the best candidates as quickly as possible and also offer them in a professional way.
Key responsibilities:

Creating and publishing new job requests in Verama ATS
Finalizing and sending deal handover to our contracting department
