Role description:
Analyze different data parameters and draw concrete conclusions
Assessing and analyzing risks and controls for processes based on alignment with process owners/performers.
Critical analysis of process design to identify opportunities for improvement as well as control weaknesses.
Oversight of process modeling and enforcement of modeling standards and best practices, including confirming and agreeing on process flowcharts and narratives with process/product owners.
Leveraging process modeling to drive enhanced process management, including standardization, simplification, outsourcing, and process automation.
Training and coaching of stakeholders to ensure successful uptake of best practices.
Change/project management to steer rapid delivery of transformation objectives.
Identify and drive improvement initiatives around Product, Process, and Reporting, across all the markets.
Collaborating with Risk Control, Legal, and Compliance to ensure that processes are documented and controlled in accordance with the necessary requirements and that 1st and 2nd line controls are aligned.
