Business Operations team - let’s introduce ourselves:
You will join the Business Operations team within Mobility and Financial Services. The main objective of Business Operations is to support securing and improving our operational capabilities to deliver premium customer experience and operational efficiency. The scope of the business operations is truly cross-functional and spans across both customer and retailer interfaces as well as the required back-end capabilities. You will join a team of individuals with equal responsibilities yet taking ownership for a specific market and cross-market collaboration and knowledge sharing between these is a natural part of the daily work.  

This is what you’ll do:
You will lead the operational framework for two specific markets, Germany and the Netherlands and be the natural point of contact that connect customer experience and market performance with central product owners and commercial and digital teams. More specifically the role includes:  
-    Chairing weekly operations meetings with cross functional participation for securing premium customer experience and efficiency in operations
-    Continuously define and use data to assess operational performance and to identify improvement areas 
-    Bringing learnings and improvements from markets to central functions
-    Facilitate learnings and commonality cross markets
-    Support market operational readiness for new offers and new releases
-    Drive and/or support targeted improvement initiatives where required
-    Perform ad-hoc analysis and secure outcome being addressed where needed

To be successful in this role we believe you thrive in a constantly moving environment and you have the ability to create a structure for a wide range of cross functional stakeholders. You also possess strong communication- and interpersonal skills and are comfortable chairing meetings and speaking in larger gatherings.

We also believe your background and skills include: 
•    University degree and a few years of working experience
•    Ability to practice functional leadership to improve customer experience and efficiency 
•    Fluent in English
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Project management experience 
•    Managing data and insights to influence decisions 
•    Experience from process design is a merit 
•    System knowledge from Salesforce, Miles, VISTA, OM is a merit
