Reporting to our Product Domain Manager, David Lee, this role is set up to be a critical anchor to lead and facilitate the development of the Customer Domain strategy and will streamline operations as well as communications. As a result, the position will be critical to make time, information, and decision-making more effective. To be successful, we believe you need previous knowledge and experience from:
Managing executive stakeholders and ability to present, engage and communicate with senior audiences
Deep understanding of agile ways of working and general program management skills
Well-versed in communications with special knowledge in the area of digital transformation
Experience in managing digital transformations at large, multinational companies
Using a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-today management and in making strategic trade-offs

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will lead and facilitate the development of the domain strategy and will streamline operations as well as communications on behalf of Group Digital in close collaboration with our management teams in Digital and other functions across Ingka.
You will support in decision-making by providing relevant data and analysis. You assess, lead and follow up strategic and operational initiatives proactively and independently. You are deeply involved and aware of all movements within our sub-domains – and directly responsible for their alignment into the larger domain and digital-wide strategies.
In this role, and in close collaboration with the product domain manager, the leader will:
facilitate the strategic landscape development for the Customer Domain - ensure alignment of functional strategies into Ingka/ Digital- wide strategic frames
be in charge of key measurement and visualisation of domain-outcomes, including the integration to digital-wide OKR sets
create and optimize frameworks that measure progress, results, as well as team-specific performance metrics in order to support decision-making
prioritize and influence the sequence of transformational activities that create happy and high-performing teams
collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive the communication and anchoring of domain strategy within Ingka and Inter.
drive operational initiatives for the domain, for example consolidate domain overall fiscal performance such as domain-wide budgets, ROI measures, hiring needs in relation to frame and communication efforts within the domain, ensuring that communication material is well structured and delivered.
coordinate, lead and develop preparations for larger meetings and events, in collaboration with domain leadership and communication as relevant
organize and facilitate domain management meetings with agenda, actions etc.
