We at WorkShop are now looking for a Business Operations Manager to monitor our Field Merch department’s functions and build processes that meet our business needs. We are looking for someone with passion for retail, people, and business. Does this sound like it could be you? Apply already today!
As our Business Operations Manager your responsibilities will include tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring KPIs. You will also ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals. To be a successful Business Operations Manager at Workshop, you should have experience in the same or similar role, managing all business operations and setting goals across the entire organization. You should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across the organization.
In the role as Business Operations Manager, you will also:
- Make sure operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Implement decided processes and practices across the organization
- Perform quality controls and monitor field force KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise the staff
- Find report ways to increase quality of client services
- Observing, reviewing, and analysing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made and report them
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Identifying and resolving any problems in the ”production” process
- Mentor and motivate field team to achieve productivity and engagement
We believe that the right person for this role:
- Have a background in retail
- Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Have previous experience from managing staff
- Have previous experience from recruitment is a bonus
- Have previous experience in personnel responsibility for a larger group
- Have great leadership and communication skills
- Are customer focused and business oriented
- Have good system and computer skills
- Are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge in English
- Have a valid driver’s license
