Ework Group in Jönköping are now looking for a new team member to join us as a Business Operations Partner for a period of 12 months.

The role
The Business Operations Partner role can shortly be described as an operational partner and coordinator in the Ework business. By having control over the consultant intake you will act closely to the business and handle both new and ongoing contracts and negotiations with suppliers and clients. You will handle ending assignments by extending them and negotiating for a win-win-win situation for all parties. We value the relationships and gain our consultants and clients trust by giving great service and tailored solutions as well as knowledge of market prices/trends. The role is a problem solver with a drive to constantly optimize and improve our processes, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Contracting of an already known consultant, where no selection process is needed.
Handle extensions of assignments and offboarding when needed.
When negotiating we strive to create win-win-win situation and ensure that every assignment is profitable.
Develop relation with buyers and consultants/suppliers during the assignment and seek to identify new business opportunities.
Have an overview over the delivery
We follow up on the client’s process, act as change agent and improve clients compliance.
Act according to frame agreement, business model and game plan.
Be proactive, strive to be involved as early as possible in the dialogues between client and consultant.
Be advisers regarding trends, market prices, contract length, our services etc
Be determined to ensure buyer- and consultant satisfaction in each ongoing assignment as well as strengthen the relationship with Ework
Case management and problem solving/improvement work together with all parties (client, supplier, other functions within Ework)
Act professional an do not delay issues that may arise during assignment.
Who are you and what do we think we are looking for?
We think you have at least 1 year experience from a similar role, working within service, B2B sales, business/private advising, building long term relationships, coordinating and improvement of processes.
You are service minded and not afraid to “pick up the phone” as networking and conducting dialogues come naturally to you. At the same time you enjoy working administrative and like to create order where there is needed.
You like to work both independently and in teams, being responsible for your own portfolio of clients, cases and processes and at the same time have the support and guidance of a close team with whom you have daily check-ins with.
You build on long-term relationships and are making things last in the long run.
Improve in order for you to not need to work harder but smarter.
You are fluent both written and verbally in Swedish and English.
You are a team player, an initiator of things, a doer who is not afraid to admit when you are wrong or share your opinion and ideas when seeing things that could improve.

Primary location: Jönköping, Sweden
Travels: We expect travels 1-2 days per month to Gothenburg
Start date: 2024.01.08
Form of employment: Temporary (12 months)
