Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to development to work with cross-functional teams that work with deliveries both for the current solution and the new solution introduced within the framework of the project.
What you'll do:
● Drive a product vision through all stages of its lifecycle by securing a road map with a backlog of capabilities and features within our feature product.
● Responsible for keeping the budget and ensuring most value for money and have a tight dialogue with stakeholders in our different business areas and with their inputs prioritize the team’s backlog.
● Understand our customers’ needs, our business strategy, objectives, and technology.
● Collaborate and negotiate with internal and external parties such other organizations and initiatives.
● Act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team.
● Manage and help the development team, while displaying owner’s mentality and drive the work to continuously improve the team’s ways of working.
● Share the vision and budget with team to strategically fill potential resource gaps on regular basis.
Who you are:
● Several years of practical experience of the PO role in an agile context, for example worked with digital service development with agile methodologies such as SAFe.
● Experience as a consultant in the field. Have a habit of working independently in complex organizations with many stakeholders and dependencies as well as high parallelism.
● Ability as a product owner in a team to translate the client's wishes and needs, create clarity about impact goals, priorities and be used to define clear deliveries together with the team.
● High generalist competence and understanding of organizational needs and business challenges.
● Good knowledge and/or previous experience of working with our services and our digital sales channels is highly meritorious.
● Experience of working in SAFe and possess knowledge of JIRA.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of English and Swedish language.
