What you will be part of
Support and Services, a business area of Saab, supplies a wide range of services and integrated support solutions to customers in defence and on commercial markets for cost-efficient support of systems and platforms throughout their life cycle.
BU Land, with approx 400 employees on a number of sites in Sweden and abroad, provides support solutions and technical services within areas such as Camps & Field Hospitals, Vehicle Systems and Communication Systems.
You will be a part of the Business Area HR-team and report to the Head of HR. In parallel, as the HR Manager for Business Unit Land, you are a part of the Management Team and report to the Head of BU.



Your role
A professional and business oriented HR-work is essential to be able to attract, recruit and develop the right talents to support our business plan. Our HR-manager at BU Land will take on new challenges, and we are now looking for his replacement.
We are looking for an experienced HR-manager to contribute in our efforts to reach our targets regarding Profitable Growth, Performance, Portfolio and of course People. Are you up for the HR-challenges in a business oriented environment?
As HR Manager for a BU within Support and Services, you work close to the business, and have the ability to both adopt a strategic perspective as well as perform operational work in all parts of the HR-spectrum. You take initiatives, are communicative and can coach managers in their staff responsiblities.

Your experiences and skills
Your driving forces are to develop organisation, managers and personnel in order to strengthen our capabilities and create results. You have the courage and ability to initiate and drive changes. You have energy and endurance, and are a team-player with good judgement and maturity. With curiosity and lack of prestige you find it easy to cooperate, but are also used to work independently.
You have a relevant academic educational background, and a couple of years of experience of leading positions within HR. You have a track record of continuos development, and enjoy working close to the business. You want to work in a support organisation where customer- and business focus is in our DNA.
Excellent knowledge in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.
We have a geographically dispersed organization, why travel is a natural element and driving licence is needed.
