Business Oriented IT Manager for Haanpaa Group

Poolia is recruiting a business oriented IT Manager with strong project management skills to the Haanpaa Group. It is a full-time position that will be based in Helsingborg.

Arbetsuppgifter

You are offered a qualified and challenging position in an international environment. Acting as IT Manager you will initially work close to the operations focusing on different IT and business development projects for the Haanpaa Group. You will also have a traditional line function responsibility.

A more detailed role description of the position as IT Manager would be:

- Lead and manage the group’s ERP (Transport Management System) and other information systems
- Support the organization and operations with optimizing processes
- Outsourcing co-ordination.
- Vendor relations.
- Support Business Unit management to improve customer operations via support processes and systems.
- Manage the IT function (6 persons)

The position requires travelling in the Nordic, Europe and Baltic Region (approximately 70-80 days per year).

The position reports to the group’s Chief Financial Officer.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

We believe you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. You have minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience from an international environment.

As a professional you are both a businessman and a technician. Background in Management Consulting and experience from logistics, transportation or other service industry is an advantage.

You must have a thorough technical understanding regarding IT/IS and extensive experience from project management. You are process oriented with a holistic view and with skills in change management.

Experience from negotiations with vendors/partners is required.

Fluency in both spoken and written English and Swedish is a prerequisite.
