Business Oriented Nordic Finance Director to Euromaster

Euromaster, a part of Michelin group, is the leading integrated tyre service and car
maintenance network in Europe with more than 2300 sales points in 17 countries. In the Nordic countries Euromaster has 170 outlets and 50 partners.


Euromaster is looking for a skillful and ambitious Nordic Finance Director. The position will be based at Euromasters Nordic headquarter in Varberg and reports to the CEO Nordic. The main mission of the role is to ensure Group policy in accounting, tax, internal control and financial matters as well as compliance with applicable regulations and the protection of Group interests. You will also function as a steering partner to the CEO, providing accurate forecasts including propositions of corrective actions and analysis. As a legal coordinator of the Nordic Zone, the CFO insures the coordination of legal matters, off balanced sheet commitments and zero surprise. In the role as Nordic Finance Director, you will support strategic goals by ensuring adequate reporting and analysis of financial information on business areas as well as for the Group as a whole. The work will be performed in close co-operation with the Nordic Accounting Manager and the Shared Service Manager as well as the
Business Controller. The CFO Nordic is a member of the Nordic Management Team.

Your profile
To fit this role we think that you have a master in Business Administration and at least five years of experience in a leading financial role in an international environment. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken are required as the corporate language is English.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you are analytical and proactive and is driven by the idea of functioning as a Business Partner to our CEO. You are an experienced leader who believes in assigning and delegating tasks to the members of your team in order to increase the collected competence and commitment. Furthermore you have strong communication skills, likes working in a dynamic environment and are always on the lookout for efficiency improvements.
