About the role
As Business owner for the booking process your objective is to be responsible for actions and activities- All towards a better customer experience in the aftermarket area within the Automotive Industry. In your role as Business owner for Service booking process, your main tasks will include:
• Take the service process to next level from the implemented MVP, by leading the upcoming changes/upgrades
• Integrate digital Pick-up and delivery into the service booking process, lead the new service booking implementation in Sweden and Norway.
• Work closely with North America and China to have an aligned but market adjusted improvements in place.
• Follow up on the daily operations together with all the markets and customer care.
Qualifications
• University degree within relevant field or similar work experiences
• Experience of similar tasks as Business owner / process lead
• Knowledge of implementation processes within customer service management
• Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish, both oral and written

This is a consultancy assignment with employment at Adecco. The start is as soon as possible after the agreement and initially lasts for 6 months.
