The preferred job location would be in proximity to one of our R&D hubs in Italy (Susegana, Porcia or Forli), Germany (Rothenburg), Brazil (Curitiba), or alternatively at the HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.
The Costing Function is an organization within Electrolux Finance Operations which is responsible for driving the cost management agenda in New Product Development (NPD) and product lifecycle for all product lines globally. With hundreds of NPD projects on a yearly basis, the team plays an important role in developing next generations’ profitable white appliances
Within the Costing Function team, we are looking for Business Owners of Systems, who will be accountable for building and strengthening the company’s cost database, tools, and processes.

The candidate should be a motivated individual with excellent analytical skill, passionate about driving transparent, predictable, and sustainable costing throughout new product development.
Although the work location is flexible, the Costing Function will be based in Stockholm. As such, it is preferable if the candidate is open to being based in or at least spend some part of your time in Stockholm.
Working as a Business Owner of Systems, the candidate is responsible for:
· Working closely with end-users to understand needs, upgrading and improve existing tools, systems and processes
· Considering back-end organization of data, and front-end accessibility for end-users
· Working with database SW to find ways to store, organize and manage data
· Installing and configuring SW & HW
· Monitoring database and tools performance and managing troubleshooting issues
· Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
· Maintaining appropriate data governance and standards
· Updating database/tools/processes and documentation incl. standards, procedures and definitions
· Liaising with programmers, applications/operational staff, IT project managers and other technical staff
· Providing user training, support and feedback
Knowledge, skills and abilities required
· Technical and computer science/information technology background with university degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering or related field
· At least 3-4 years’ experience of working in IT Development
· Business acumen and analytical skills with systematic approach to mass data handling, analysis, and interpretation
· Understanding and experience of target costing process
· Project management skills, with experience of driving IT related projects
· Detail oriented and problem-solving skills
· Communication skills
· Concrete experience of project management
· Experience from cost models, SW systems and cost database
· Excellent in English, both written and oral
