Fleet Operations team - let’s introduce ourselves
Our team focuses on improving operations and setting up the foundations for the Order to Delivery, Fleet in Use, and Return of car phases of the customer journey.

Business Owner Online Vehicle Ordering – this is what you’ll do
Your focus will be to successfully manage and improve the vehicle ordering process in the Online Business. This includes empathizing with customers and internal Volvo agents to identify the digital and process improvements; liaising with Product Owners across Product Clusters to brainstorm and to implement the desired solution, and ensuring that the Operations team is better trained and equipped with the new improved ways of operations. The scope of this role is global as you will cover our existing live markets (Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden & UK) in EMEA and be part of launching new markets.
* Responsibilities also include organizing/participating in the cross-clusters workshops and depicting a vision of what the impact would be on Vehicle Ordering process if new strategic and operations improvement initiatives are being rolled out.
* Create supplemental workshops to accelerate follow-up activities. You work closely with our colleagues in the Fleet and Fulfilment cluster, our Order Management team, the other Global Online Experience clusters and teams, but also other parts of the VCC family when necessary.

To be successful there is a need to have a good understanding of our consumer journeys and the desired consumer experience. It is at the same time crucial to be on top of our vehicle and agent journeys so that solutions are optimized from both a customer and agent perspective, as well as a vehicle and retailer partner perspective.
We are looking for you who are used to driving development and challenging existing structures. As a person you get things done and you are insightful and analytical, empathetic, and constantly come back to the question of why. You are not afraid to go into the details and at the same time keep a holistic view of how it all fits together. Furthermore, having experience in navigating and understanding a complex system landscape will be highly valued.
We see that you are experienced within the fleet operations area when it comes to leading improvement projects. You have a good understanding of delivering customer value which is at the center of your activities. With a hands-on approach, you are not afraid of stepping up to responsibilities and know how to evaluate different perspectives and create a base for decision making. You are an outgoing person eager quickly build your network within the organization.
