Business Partner and Analytical Engine, as FP&A Manager, for SWEP Global

<B>Your role and main tasks</B>
As part of the Finance Management Team, you will act as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support optimal business decision making.

- Align business metrics with corporate and synergize SWEP finance operations
- Assist CFO and management team with the strategic planning process
- Develop key market drivers and model forward industry trends to assist with strategic business decisions
- Lead the annual budgeting process for SWEP and effectively present the plan
- Run the monthly and quarterly forecasting and business review process
- Provide financial expertise to management and team members
- Assist in the justification of new product development or new investment, ensuring effective measurement of pay-off

As a support you will have team-oriented colleagues where you work together to reach the goals and you will also have a leader who is coaching you and giving you the opportunity to be involved in driving and influencing the development.

<B>Who are you?</B>
Your personality contains an analytical and systematic mindset, and you enjoy driving continuous improvement by influencing the surroundings. Being keen to deliver a high level of service and support is natural for you.

Probably you have bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance together with a minimum 7-10 years of experience in Finance, along with global manufacturing and/or public accounting experience.

You have accounting knowledge and/or audit experience. Must possess fluent English. If you have an MBA, or experience from cross-cultural manufacturing, with advanced financial modelling it is an advantage.
