Volvo Penta Service Market Marine is responsible to develop the Service Market including P&A business by providing premium customer support to the business partners within region Nordic.
Main activities and responsibilities:
This role is responsible for Business Partner Support and driving the systems administration between Volvo Penta and the business partners network such as supporting business partners with aftermarket related information, logistics process & order management.
This role will be responsible supporting our Business Partners with
Provide aftermarket related quotations, product and process related information & documentation to customers and dealers, in coordination with other internal customer support functions
As part of the front office team, be involved in the administration of accounts, order management and logistic process, in collaboration with other internal functions
Systems support and administration for Business Partners
Drive and secure competence within systems administration among business partners
Creating credit notes, handling and crediting in VIPS
Set up, configure and maintain master data on information system and applications utilized by business partners i.e. VPPN, Vodia, E-COM, Navigator
Technical Parts support to Business Partners
Parts order handling for internal and OEMS, support with parts availability and Core Handling
Required Qualifications

Ability to network and social skills
Competence in the logistic flow and parts pricing
Staring administrative skills
Passion, knowledge and interest in engines and service market is an advantage
Great communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Personal qualities
