The Group Business Control department is responsible for the process of providing efficient, reliable and proactive financial support to improve business performance. We take an active part in decisions affecting the business by setting clear and challenging financial targets, conducting continuous follow-up of performance, being a constant reminder and helping to prioritize actions.

It is our challenge to "make numbers talk" by communicating relevant financial analysis to the right people at the right time in order to clarify financial implications of possible business decisions, and to suggest improvements and highlight new opportunities. We also manage and facilitate relevant business projects at an early stage to optimize and encourage business performance.

Key performance areas
As a Business Performance Analyst your main responsibilities include to:
- Prepare and compile the reports and perform quality assurance/control of material for group management and the board
- Compile graphical presentations and tables for reporting packages and CEO comment
- Manage technical aspects/links/updates of reports, tables and graphs
- Perform quality assurance for interim reports
- Prepare and distribute company reports concerning Group Business Results
- Prepare notes and quality assurance for the annual report
- Prepare questionnaires from external organizations (SCB)
- Participate in training and development activities
- Prepare reports related to capital investments approval, tracking and reporting
You will report to the Vice President, Group Business Control.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a university degree in accounting and/or IT. You have solid understanding of accounting and have excellent reporting systems skills, ideally in BPC. You also have advanced skills in Excel, Word and Power Point, including managing links between different applications. You have the desire to be "the ultimate technical expert".

You are motivated and gladly take the initiative, with the ability to get activities started, follow them up and show results. You are also analytical and ask critical questions.
