We are looking for to fill the role: Application Lead - Business Performance Management.
We are looking for you with experience in working with BPM and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of Nynas. You are a fast learner and look for opportunities to improve efficiency within the application

Key responsibilities
·You will be responsible for implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions (Several Applications)
·Seek out opportunities to utilize BPM to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support the organization
·Provide user training of all aspects; educate end users on how to use the system in the best way.
·Documentation and user-guides
·Project management skills
Candidate profile
We are looking for someone who has:
Deep knowledge and experience with BPM processes and reporting
Experience in troubleshooting process and data issues; ability to think clearly under pressure.
General understanding of BPM technologies and the ability to apply them to solve problems, troubleshoot, and provide solutions
Excellent communication and customer service skills, you are a team player that supplies service with a smile
Desire to work independently in a fast-paced high-growth team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems or related discipline preferred
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
