We are looking for an analytical and structured person to join our Business Performance team. The team today consist of about 20 controllers that are divided in four groups with focus on Consumer & Channels, Business, Network/IT and Operation & Development as well as central resources that works with companywide reporting and forecasting. Telenor is rapidly heading towards a digital and data driven future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.

What you´ll do

In the role as Business Performance Management Controller you will play an important role in how we structure and analyse information and to produce Management reports that accurately presents the performance of our business.

You will continuously improve and develop our information model which form the base for our analysis. You’ll make sure that we have the right information needed in our financial systems and ensure that the reports are relevant and accurate representation of our performance. You will ensure to automate as much as possible of our way of work to always deliver on tight deadlines and with high quality.

During our monthly reporting, you will have a coordinating role where you analyse the results and create the Management report to Telenor Group. You will act as a business partner with a business focus towards stakeholders in our organization.

You will report directly to Karin Bjernbäck D’Hondt, Head of Business Performance Management and you will have the chance to work in an exciting environment and be a part of Telenor Swedens journey! 
 

Who are you

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have strong analytical skills and that you have an interest within Telecom and/or IT industry. We think that you are used in working with a close dialogue to business and stakeholders in an organization and that you can see the bigger picture as well as the details.

You are communicative and are skilled in getting a clear message out of a written report. You have a broad knowledge and experience of financial tools and in parallel Microsoft applications.

* Good understanding of financial information and processes
* Broad knowledge and experience of Financial systems
* Hands-on attitude
