We are currently hiring a Business Performance Manager for the European market. In this role, you will leverage analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor business performance, recommend tuning mechanics and A/B tests, and identify new features to increase user conversion, retention, and monetization.
Together with the sales and marketing team you own the short- mid- and longterm strategy to ensure maximization of the revenue. You use data to finetune and balance the service’s economy, providing economy analysis and driving metrics for revenue optimization.
Your engagement here will include but won't be limited to:
You will build structure for research and tracking to optimize our current business and operations including suggestions on solutions.
You will follow up daily with the business to continuously identify and analyze patterns, deviations and improvement areas.
You will deep dive into sales details and truly understand root-cause to set data driven key conclusions.
You will work in daily cooperation with the business, product teams, R&D and key stakeholders.
You will be presenting your conclusions to the management team.

You show experience with most of following:
Documented strategic and operational experience from driving business performance analysis preferably from online business.
Proven track record of getting things done.
Documented experience from an international environment with colleagues in several physical locations.
You graduated from a relevant education program
