About the role                    
You are offered a unique opportunity to apply your financial and commercial understanding in a position with high exposure to the business and senior management, in a global company with a strong Purpose. The role is full time and based at our headquarters in Hyllie. As you start your new job, you can expect a steep learning curve as you settle into our data-based set-up and processes where you will provide high-quality financial analysis and performance insights, that lay the foundation for key decision-making at senior management level.

 

Specifically, you will:


• Drive the performance management agenda within the Atos organization that will help us focus and deliver on the short-, mid- and long-term targets and global strategic and commercial priorities
• Further optimize and streamline performance processes and build on the strong performance culture in Atos to further grow the business and/or drive efficiencies
• Keep the internal performance review material including KPIs, presentation, templates and data up to date, easily available and fit for purpose – help transform performance material into PowerBI dashboards
• Be an ambassador between the global and local management teams by maintaining a good and close dialogue with the subsidiaries about performance
• Prepare the monthly performance review package for Coloplast
• Develop and maintain the investment case process
• Participate in preparation of the annual business plan and quarterly forecast process in close collaboration with rest of the global team
• Act as sparring partner and ad hoc support to senior management team with financial analysis for local and global business needs

 

About you

As a person, you have a strong eye for detail while at the same time being able to apply the “helicopter” perspective. You can transform data into insights and lay out arguments for your colleagues across the business and get your point across. Learning on the go, you thrive in a team where we collaborate to get things done. Moreover, we imagine that you:


• Have a master’s degree in finance, business or similar
• Have ideally 5 or more years of experience from a consulting firm or equivalent role in a global company
• You have strong personal drive and an eagerness to learn
• You thrive in a team environment but are also able to work independently
• You speak and write English fluently
