Business Platform Architect

This is what you will do

Lantmännen Biorefineries consists of Agroetanol in Norrköping, Sweden’s only large scale biorefinery, Reppe in Lidköping, Oats in Kimstad and Functional Foods. Together, we are the largest national producer of grain-based ethanol and one of the largest producers of spirits, feed and food ingredients. This newly established setting has resulted in moving previously central IT-resources closer to the business to establish a more business-oriented approach. The aim is to create an IT- and process organization that works close to the business, requiring us to take a more active ownership and responsibility to support our core processes with appropriate and cost-efficient IT solutions and support.

As a Business Platform Architect, you will have an overall solution responsibility between different process areas and functional streams in projects and maintenance. You will also govern the Business Platform, ensuring there is an overall architecture and that solution deliveries meet the business requirements. You will actively contribute to that the Business Platform solutions are secure and in line with Lantmännen architectural design principles, ensure that core standard functionality is properly utilized and drive re-use of existing solutions.

The overall role responsibility is to, in collaboration with business stakeholders, drive continuous platform improvements based on business requirements. The target ERP platform in Lantmännen Biorefineries is Infor M3 and the plan is to have all business units on this platform within the next 2-3 years. You will have a key role in the transition to Infor M3 and other supporting applications and services in the business platform.

You will cooperate with central IT in Lantmännen in IT solution related matters from a Business Platform perspective and ensure that proposed solutions will have a good fit. This includes driving and planning for continuous improvements, solution design, application configuration and documentation for key systems based on business requirements.

The position is located at our site Agroetanol in Norrköping or at Lantmännen’s Head Office in Stockholm. You will be reporting to Head of IT and Process Development.
Skills & Requirements

You have:

-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Infor M3 with skills in one or more of the functional areas Production, Warehouse, Distribution and Quality.

Documented experience of working in implementation projects and/or maintenance. Ideally, you have also experience from work with M3 CE and AWS.

- Strong understanding of business processes from Production and Supply Chain. Experience from process industry is considered as a plus.
- Experience from application integration within the platform and with external parties is beneficial.
- Knowledge in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- Relevant Academic Degree in IT or Business.
