A crucial requirement for this initiative is a proficient individual with a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to oversee departmental activities and guarantee the fulfillment of PLM program requirements for the department.

Responsibilities
As the Business PLM Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the company's PLM transformation program in the particular department. Your key responsibilities will include:


Coordinate the work and participation in various PLM projects within the department:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.



Help coordinate the needs and requirements from the department towards the PLM program:
Engage with organizations to understand their specific needs and requirements.
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
Work closely with the PLM program team to align project objectives with overall program goals.

Assist with business change activities and process development:
Support the implementation of new PLM processes and systems.
Drive organizational change by promoting adoption of PLM best practices.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous optimization.


Qualifications
Background within PLM processes and tools (teamcenter)
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the PLM domain 
Strong understanding of both hardware and software components in the PLM lifecycle
Experience from ETO companies (engineer to order manufacturing)
Proficient in project management tools and software 
Fluent skills in english, both written and spoken 



Experience from PLM transformation effort is a plus.
