The Mission of the The Business Practices Manager is to embed good business compliance and a culture of unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity.
The role leads and has oversight in implementation of compliance frameworks for the subsidiary in collaboration with Legal & Compliance (Policies, SOPs and Guidance)
The role leads implementation and operation of our data privacy standards, ensuring privacy laws are adhered to and that good controls are in place, with a particular focus on data driven solutions.
The Business Practices Manager works collaboratively with all colleagues to ensure that our ways of working are well documented, meet local codes, regulations and Corporate Policies.
The Business Practices Manager act as an advisor and sounding board for the Managing Director, Leadership Teams, and teams across the business in order to identify and minimize areas of risk and enable the business to perform.
The Business Practices Manager identifies opportunities for process simplification and enhancement and collaborates with colleagues to implement across the business.
The role acts as a change agent in implementation of new practices and in evolving our compliance culture
The Business Practice Manager is a driving force in evaluation of the strength of Compliance through risk assessments, audits, training etc, and leads follow-up for continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Acts proactively, stays current and up to date on changing industry regulations
Good analytical skills and ability to structure and prioritize work
Strong business acumen
Pronounced diplomacy with strong negotiation and influencing skills
Strong communicator and good understanding and driver of change management
Proven ability to develop sustainable cooperative professional relationships on all levels of the organization
Demonstrates ability to articulate and translate complex needs into clearly thought out solutions and can effectively deliver on those.
Preferred background:
University degree, preferably in biopharmaceuticals
Experience from working in a global organization, preferably in matrix structure,
Experience from audit processes and compliance framework execution
Secondary Language(s) Job Description:
