We’re right now gearing up for big changes – such as one of the biggest current ERP implementations of the Nordic region, as well as a Product Information Management (PIM) initiative, AI and increased automation – all in order to create a seamless flow of information across our organization. We’re therefore searching for new talents to join us on this dynamic journey and strengthen our Product Information department. Being responsible for handling and providing product data for the whole company as well as for customers and partners, we’re a key player in the revolution towards a fully digitalized organization.
For our Process Development team, we’re looking for two Business Process Analysts. Are you a people person with drive and good facilitation skills? Here, you’ll get to apply your PLM and industry knowledge, either in an R&D or industrialization environment. Let’s shape the future together!
In this role, you work closely with our PLM users, taking part in streamlining our processes within the product development area. You're involved in both operations- and process development, where you define and develop our processes and corresponding demands on our IT systems. To ensure consistency, you collaborate with product development departments within R&D and industrialization, as well as IT and occasionally also sales and finance. Your solid experience and knowledge of process development and PLM helps you to ensure high performance throughout our business processes. This role also includes to facilitate and support how we use capabilities in our common information model and processes across our R&D and industrialization area.
This position gives you the flexibility to choose your own working location within a time zone corresponding to Sweden, although some physical presence at our site in Sandviken is expected post Covid-19, to strengthen relations and keep a good team spirit.

What you need to succeed
University degree within a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
Knowledge and experience of the industry, ideally within cutting tools and machining solutions
Solid work experience within process development and PLM tools
Good English communication and networking skills
Nice to have
Experience within product development processes
Knowledge or experience of SAP ECTR, E-CAD or NX
Experience of ARIS modelling
Swedish language skills
