Business Process Controller

We are looking for an analytical and driven person to join our Business Performance Management team (Business Controllers). Telenor is rapidly heading towards a digital and data driven future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.

What you´ll do
Business Performance Management consists of four groups with focus on Consumer & Channels, Business, Network/IT and Operation & Development. The Operation & Development team is a central unit responsible for simplifying the Way of Work for our business controllers by developing tools and improving processes. The Operations & Development team supports the organization in financial analysis and key business recommendations.

In the role as Business Process Controller you will be responsible for identifying potential process improvements within Business performance management and implement these in the organization. You will be responsible to create reports to Management and stakeholders within Telenor and deliver effective business and financial insights to relevant parties. You will play a central part from insight to impact for our organization and drive change within Financial Planning and improving accuracy.

Examples of responsibilities:
* Drive standardization and improvements within Financial Planning process and Monthly closing and its reporting
* Coordination within Financial Planning process for the different departments within Finance
* Finance business partner, present potentials and risks in the financial outlook.

Who you are
To be successful in the role as Business Process Controller, you have previous experience within process improvement and Business Control. You have an excellent understanding of Financial data and visualization. You have high analytical skills and strong presentation and communication skills. You have the ability to deliver on high activity and tight deadlines and an eye for details. You are proactive, solution-oriented, a team player and driven by improvements. You are used to work towards different stakeholders, and we think that you are business-minded and have a high level of integrity.
